- Defined the architecture on the Moltin e-commerce API, an alternative to PrestaShop or Magento, to focus on high-value features (marketplace, auctions)
- Agile Scrum project management as Product Owner and Scrum Master: needs gathering from personas (users, photographers), product backlog, trade-offs
- Set up ZenHub with GitHub, with tracking reports and charts
- Sprint planning, daily stand-up, sprint review and client reporting
