Data controller
Maxime Lenne, publisher of maxime-lenne.fr. Contact: hello@maxime-lenne.fr.
Data collected
The site has no form, no account and no member area. It only collects personal data in the following cases.
Contact by email or phone
If you write to me or call me, I receive the information you choose to share.
- Purpose: answering your request.
- Legal basis: your consent and pre-contractual measures taken at your request.
- Retention: 3 years after our last exchange.
Booking a meeting
The “Let’s connect” and “Book a meeting” buttons open Notion Calendar (Notion Labs, Inc.). Information entered when booking is processed by that service under its own privacy policy.
Audience measurement
The site uses Cloudflare Web Analytics, which measures traffic without cookies and without collecting identifying personal data. No consent banner is therefore needed.
Hosting and logs
The host, GitHub, Inc. (GitHub Pages), processes technical logs (IP address, date, requested page) to keep the site secure and running. They are kept for the period set out in the GitHub General Privacy Statement.
Recipients and transfers outside the European Union
Your data is only intended for me and the site’s technical providers: GitHub, Inc., the host; Cloudflare, Inc., for audience measurement; the email provider behind the contact address; and, for bookings, Notion Labs, Inc. These companies are based in the United States: transfers are covered by the EU–US Data Privacy Framework and, failing that, by the European Commission’s standard contractual clauses.
Cookies
The site sets no cookies. Your light or dark theme preference is kept in your browser.
External links
The site links to other sites (LinkedIn, GitHub, Notion Calendar…). Their privacy policy applies as soon as you open them.
Your rights
You have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict, object to and port your data. To exercise these rights, write to hello@maxime-lenne.fr. You may also lodge a complaint with the French data protection authority, the CNIL (cnil.fr). Under French law, you may also give instructions on what should happen to your data after your death (article 85 of the Loi Informatique et Libertés).
